Booking Procedure

All tours and services can be booked directly to Majestic Travels & Tours.

Tour Services

The tour prices quotation to Travel Agents are in US dollar include transfers, tour sightseeing, accommodation, domestic airfare, train fare, coach fare, boat fare, entrance fees, meals and services as shown in each itinerary.

Optional tours, Visa charges, International airport tax, insurance, others extra tours and meals which not mentioned in the program and personal expenses such as drinks, tips, souvenirs, gratuity, laundry, phone, fax and email Internet etc... are not including in the quotation price.

Payment

In order to guarantee your reservation, un-refundable 30% of entire cost as a deposit within one week of reservation and full payment by bank remittance must be received at least 30 days before the commencement of tour services to Majestic' account at Myanmar Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB).

Cancellation

The cancellation is not recognized if not received in writing. The cancellation fees are under mentioned:

1.   15 days prior to arrival 20% from the balance entire tour cost
2.   10-7 days prior to arrival 35% from balance entire tour cost
3.    Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% from the balance entire tour cost
4.    Within 2 days prior to arrival 100% from the balance entire tour cost

Responsibility

Our aim is to offer the best service and pay full attention to satisfy and safety our customer due to limited facilities and some unexpected matters might be occurred not to be liable or responsible for injury, accident, loss of damages to person or properties, delay, breakdown in machinery or equipment, weather and any cause beyond the control of us.

Visa

You can easily obtain Myanmar visa from the consulate or Embassy in your country with a confirmation of travel agreement from us. A tourist visa allows a stay of 28 days extendable for an additional 14 day. According to the procedure of the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism, our Majestic Travels can also be arranged visa on arrival but the details information needed in two weeks advance.
