4 Days Myanmar

(Yangon – Pyay – Yangon)

Day 1 – Yangon

On your arrival at Yangon International Airport you will be warmly welcomed by our guide greeting you by saying "Mingala Ba" which is our Myanmar Traditional way of offering you an auspicious day. Your sightseeing list among many other interesting places to visit in Yangon City center features CHAUKHTATE GYI PAGODA, a colossal reclining Buddha, The KARAWEIK hall, a Royal barge to the Royal Lake, The NATIONAL MUSEUM, The GEMS MUSEUM and shopping at Bogyoke Market to buy souvenirs (Myanmar handicrafts). Lunch and dinner will be arranged at a restaurant which will include a traditional show and a vocal musical event. To end up the day you will be visiting our world famous SHWEDAGON PAGODA to watch the sun-set. Overnight will be at a Hotel in YANGON.

Day 2 – Yangon – Pyay

Day two will start early in the morning after breakfast at hotel for a 5 hr car trip to Pyay, formerly known as Prome (the old capital of Pyu people of Sri Ksetra/Thayekhittaya). The drive passes the dry zone and touches the former colonial border between Lower and Upper Burma. The farmers grow peanuts, cotton – sesame –and they cultivate toddy palms for getting palm wine. Pyay now is a thriving trading town at the confluence of Nawin and Ayeyarwady River. Pyay has a lovely pagoda on a hill, THE SHWE SAN DAW. Lunch and dinner will be arranged at a restaurant. Overnight will be at a hotel in PYAY.

Day 3 – Pyay

After breakfast, drive and take boat ride in Ayeyarwaddy River to visit for "Ahkauktaung", at the west bank of the river , famous for its numerous Buddha statues of different size, curved on the rocky bank. Drive back to Pyay. Lunch and dinner will be arranged at a restaurant overnight will be at a hotel in PYAY.

Day 4 – Pyay - Yangon - Departure to your next destination

After breakfast 5hrs drive back to Yangon. Lunch on route and proceed to Yangon International Airport for departure to your next destination.
