4 Days Myanmar
(Yangon – Bago – Syriam – Yangon)
Day 1 : Yangon
On your arrival at Yangon International Airport you will be warmly
welcome by our guide greeting you by saying “Mingala Ba” which is
our Myanmar Traditional way of offering you an auspicious day. Your
sightseeing list among many other interesting places to visit in
Yangon City center features CHAUKHTATE GYI PAGODA, a colossal
reclining Buddha. The KARAWEIK hall, a Royal barge to the Royal
Lake, The NATIONAL MUSEUM, The GEMS MUSEUM and shopping at Bogyoke
Market to buy souvenirs (Myanmar handicrafts). Lunch and Dinner will
be arranged at a restaurant which will include a traditional show
and a vocal musical event. To end up the day you will be visiting
our world famous SHWEDAGON PAGODA to watch the sunset. Overnight
will be at a Hotel in Yangon.
Day 2 – Yangon – Bago
Day two will start early in the morning after breakfast at hotel for
a 2 hr car excursion trip to Bago city which is in the north east of
Yangon. Sightseeing attractions will includes Shwe Thar Lyaung
Pagoda dating back to 994 and reversed by Myanmar Buddhists as the
most beautiful Reclining Buddha image. Next visits will be Shwe Maw
Taw Pagoda, also famous as the Landmark of Bago, which has a stupa
inlaid with diamonds and many other Pagodas including the spirits
(Nat) house called Hin Tha Kone Pagoda, King Bayint Naung Palace of
15th century and world war II British Cemetery. Lunch and Dinner at
a restaurant and overnight will be back at Yangon.
Day 3 – Yangon – Syriam
After breakfast at Hotel start the day with a 30 minutes drive by
car for an excursion trip to Thanlyin City, formally called Syriam
which was the sea port of and was once under the occupation of the
Portuguese. Sightseeing attraction will include the China-Myanmar
friendship bridge, the Kyaik-Khaut Pagoda rising on a hillock on the
road, Yay-Le Phaya Pagoda which literally means “ the Pagoda at the
centre of the river”, and the Sacred Heart Church which is an old
Catholic Church built during 18th Century by a French Missionary.
Lunch and Dinner at a restaurant and overnight will be at Yangon.
Day 4 – Yangon – Departure to your next destination
After breakfast at hotel some leisure time will be available for you
before proceeding to Yangon International Airport, from where you
will fly back to your destination with memories of your wonderful
trip to Myanmar.
